Design Thinking involves problem-solving by gaining insights into people’s needs, devising imaginative solutions, and refining them through testing and enhancement. Innovations encompass inventive concepts or enhancements that enhance various aspects of life, such as developing new products or enhancing existing ones, ultimately simplifying or making life more engaging.
A Understanding this necessity, IEEE IAS SBC of the University of Moratuwa arrange a session on innovations and design thinking to impart knowledge to undergraduates in any university. The resources person was Mr. Ushan Chaminda, Final year Undergraduate in the faculty of Information and technology at the University of Moratuwa. The webinar was open to all the undergraduates at the University of Moratuwa as well as other universities. There were more than 40 participants who had registered for the session and saw the participation about 30 through the zoom platform.
